干煎虾
材料:1. 蒜头茸2. 姜茸3. 虾
做法:1. 爆香蒜头茸,姜茸2. 下虾煎香3. 放调味料(酱油,黑酱油和糖)即可
贴心建议:1. 别放水,虾自己出水。若太水的话,也可以打个芡就行了。 2. 火要大一点,这样才会香。
